Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos (second left) presented the two students from Barangay Plainview who topped the recent bar examinations last March 17.
Filemon Ray Javier (left) from Ateneo de Manila Law School grabbed the 2nd place by scoring 86.95%, while Paulo Carlo Tolentino (third from left) from Arellano University placed 3rd by scoring 86.8%.
Javier was a scholar of Mayor Abalos while Tolentino rendered on-the-job training at the Mandaluyong City Legal Department.
