Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos leads the laying of the time capsule at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the new health center and multi-purpose hall in Barangay Buayang Bato. The construction is part of the priority projects of Mayor Abalos to further improve the delivery of services available at the barangay level as the city observes its 70th Liberation and 21st Cityhood Anniversary.
