Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos leads in introducing Cream Dory fish (Pangasius Fish) during a livelihood seminar yesterday participated by indigents at Barangay Plainview.
Invited chef Cheeky Violago taught participants how to prepare, fillet and cook the said fish which is becoming a hit in high-end restaurants and markets in the metro.
