Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos leads the distribution of livelihood kits to some 23 graduates of bread making program during turn over ceremonies held at the city hall.
Among the beneficiaries is the wife of a pedicab driver from Barangay Vergara/Zaniga Padjak Operators/Drivers Association. Mrs. Cricket Tantoco of Shopwise also donated P30,000 cash in support of the project.
