Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos inducts the newly elected officers of the PYAP-Mandaluyong, a barangay based organization of out-of-school youths who are under DSWD care. Thru the PYAP programs, the OSYs and other disadvantaged youths are able to utilize their full potentials toward self-reliance, economic productivity and social responsibility.
