Filemon Ray Javier (left) from Ateneo de Manila Law School grabbed the 2nd place by scoring 86.95%, while Paulo Carlo Tolentino (third from left) from Arellano University placed 3rd by scoring 86.8%.

Javier was a scholar of Mayor Abalos while Tolentino rendered on-the-job training at the Mandaluyong City Legal Department.
