Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos leads the ceremonial ribbon-cutting during the recent inaugural blessing of the Mandaluyong City Medical Center (MCMC) Annex – Maternity & Children’s Section situated along Martinez Street, Brgy. Addition Hiils.

The annex has an initial 50 bed capacity for its maternity and pediatric wards.

Assisting Mayor Abalos are MCMC Director Zaldy Carpeso, MD and Addition Hills Barangay Chairman Rodolfo Posadas.

In more than 60 years, Manpower-Mandaluyong has been offering free technical-vocational courses, particularly catering to underprivileged residents to enhance their skills and employability.

City residents enjoy the newly-opened Fabella Street in Barangay Plainview which connects to Sitio 3-4 in neighboring Barangay San Jose. The new road offers ease in traveling for private vehicle users, reducing traffic impact as it serves as alternate route.
