Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos cuts the ceremonial ribbon assisted by Barangay Addition Hills Chairman Rodolfo Posadas (inset) during the blessing of the Multi-Purpose Building with Tricycle Terminal in Block 37, Barangay Addition Hills. Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos led barangay officials in the opening of the newly constructed road connecting Barangay San Jose and Dr. Jose Fabella Street, Barangay Plainview. Mandaluyong City Board of Canvassers proclaim Mayor Benhur Abalos, who won by landslide votes in recent elections. Abalos served as city mayor from 1998 to 2004, then lone representative in 2004 and reelected again as city’s chief executive from 2007 to 2010 to present for another 3-year term.
